Will a redesigned store entice you into buying that new smartphone? Fido hopes so.
The Rogers-owned mid-range cell phone service provider has renovated its store in the Square One shopping mall in Mississauga. It celebrated the occasion with a grand opening that featured a ribbon cutting, giveaways and entertainment from DJ Clymaxxx from KISS 92.5
Fido hopes the redesign will “enhance customer experience.” It’s renovation at the Square One location is the first of many to come to Fido stores across the province.
The redesign is meant to be more interactive. Accessories and music have a special focus, with significant decor in the store reflecting Fido’s promotion of bluetooth speakers, headsets, and more, in addition to smartphones.
